To go on the parade, do I need to take a crash helmet? If so does it need to be approved and if so what should the sticker say? I usually wear my Arai bike helmet when on a track but I can't get in the Hawk with my helmet on.
Nah. No helmet needed. Last year I got into third gear just the once, for about 20 seconds. The rest of the time it was like a rolling road block. Here's film of last year's lap from the Strato's end of the "grid".

TRACK PARADE SATURDAY 27th JULY - Evening 18.10 - 19.10 pm
Full details will be included with tickets
Ken, is the circuit parade you've just mentioned the only track action for the SEC throughout the weekend?
With our 3 day passes does anyone know if we can gain access to the circuit on Thursday evening, its just that I have some accommodation booked at the circuit which is valid for Thu, Fri and Sat night?
Vince.
