Bit of a red herring the pictures above, see below where the red is drawn at 93mm (gasket diameter) this gives 6.8mm of meat at both the exhaust & inlet side. Problem seems to be not enough clamping load....
Sorry about your engine issue, not what you need , . Have you thought about going to wills rings. Would give you a stronger seal and would rely less on reefing up the head bolts. Pressure looks too much for the gasket ?

I have been given a few differing opinions on why it failed & the cause/possible solutions. I need to contact some of the specialist gasket makers & get their opinion on the best gasket to use, I am away again soon, so plenty of research time.....
