Blyton track day

I am thinking of doing a track day at Blyton on either sunday 14th or sat 27th April... Most likely the 27th. Its one Organised by Javelin & will be open pit lane anyone else fancy joining me. I just need to get my car back and check the sound level - the limit is 105db.

£119 at the moment on the javelin site so not too erxpensive

I havent booked yet - I wanted to make sure my car is under the 105db limit first. I am 95% sure it is, but its never been checked so need to measure it when I get the car back.... So should be booking sometime next week......

there is no rush- I just checked & as of today they have only 4 drivers signed up for that day

Hi Neil

Sorry about your engine issue, not what you need , . Have you thought about going to wills rings. Would give you a stronger seal and would rely less on reefing up the head bolts. Pressure looks too much for the gasket ?

I have been given a few differing opinions on why it failed & the cause/possible solutions. I need to contact some of the specialist gasket makers & get their opinion on the best gasket to use, I am away again soon, so plenty of research time.....
