    Good finds but I think the Beta support vehicles were the earlier series, the rear windows have a curved bottom edge and there's also the tailgate to be fabricated!

    Do we know for certain that all the early service Betas (I'm thinking 1974-5) were modified in this way?

    Well I'm not going to put head on the block and say they were..... Trouble is, there's not many pics of them and not all of them have the hatch open. Understandably most photographers concentrate on the Stratos!
