Yes that was us, car is still in one piece, good time was had by one an all, 250 miles of grins, only service, demist windows, 1/2 pint of oil, torque wheels over 3 days.
Only problems lost intercom on day one, so for once John had to listen to me. nudged a gate.
last stage the classic 13.3 miles, in forth into roundabout lost brake pedal, fluid boiled, only just got round the corner, relieved to get to the finish
What part of the competition were you in ??
With the group b cars, spoke to one of your colleges you makes your models who was marshalling at the start of the Ravensdale Stage, we missed out 2 stages, and the two night stages, we had done one of these in the morning, but with no intercom working, it was not worth taking the risk in the dark, it was rough in the daylight. 9 cars started , 5 finished.Originally Posted by Bernard
