Easy with one of my cold air boxes i would think! Measuring up so i can make a jenvey kit tomorrow. Only doing ally ones, latest additives in fuel doesn't go too well with resin, thats if you have any fuel standoff. have a search in the aviation field for stories of fuel tank issues, even Jeffco coating isnt guaranteed.

What are the chances of passing a 99dBa noise test with throttle bodies?

No problem with mine running on Jenvey ITB's and foam filters for the IVA test and Castle Combe Rally day, which I think was 98dBa limit.
