From what I've heard Waldegard certainly upset Munari with his supreme driving skills on more than one occasion.

I probably have to agree 'best Strato's driver, ever.'

Totally agree Waldegaard was the tops....... Munari never really cut it on the RAC..... (IMHO) ........ Still I wouldn't mind being half as good as Munari !

good photos chaps.... Keep them coming...... Could end up being a long thread this one !

Good news Dave looking forward to seeing the Safari Stratos in it's full glory, and hope you will bring it over to West Wales.

Hiya mate, I certainly will. There's a chance i'll be over in your neck of the woods on 8th/9th Nov. If you're over this way give me a shout.

    Cheers

    Very nice.

How easy are those to build?
What donor parts does it use?

Note the leading edge of the arches on this rear panel.
Stradale arch, but shaped to merge with the round arch group 4 tub attachments.
As seen on works cars on the Swedish, Safari etc

Glad it wasn't just me seeing that then.
Was wondering what was going on there.
Presumably because the safari cars ran the much narrower tyre?

    Humour?
Are they not the questions any "kit" builder gets asked?
