    Well I never told anyone!

Nearly one of each Mick, but I guess an Allora is a long shot, unless your name is 'Enzo'?

    Yes Chris,
I think I'll just convince myself that the Allora was before my time so doesn't count.

Nice one Mick. Will watch your build reports, and comparison to previous builds, with interest...

Looks great. I'll certainly be watching how you get on with the build, see if I can pick up some tips for when I get mine.
    Is that a 3.0 or 2.5?

It's the 2,5 unit with the 6 speed box. More than enough for the way I drive.
How long before you expect to see your kit?

    Mick.

    It'll fly Mick.
I get the feeling the 2.5 24v is under rated, and it shouldn't be.

Looking like it will be Jan/Feb next year, only put my deposit down a couple of weeks back. Looks like there is a few midlands owners/builders so not far to go for advice!

What have you done to the engine? I've just got mine out of my donor, planning on changing timing belt, new water pump etc + may look at changing head gaskets, I have plenty of time.
