Another approach to the Alitalia rally-replica? (Steel monocoque, too…..)

As a debate ranges across forum on 'Real-or-Replica?', here's another approach to the old dilemma:

Anybody know about the Pirelli Stratos in the background, or where the pic is from?

Suspect it's John and Carols! The car in the middle is Mick Worral's Alfa V6 mid engined car, behind the Pirelli car is Lawrence Clift's Integrale. The Stratos is RHD judging by the wiper park position but it's not mine! No windscreen stickers or roof aerial.

Now you have me puzzled Guy. I know I've had my share of cars but I don't remember this one

Another project car I have in the pipe line for when I eventually finish my car. It would look good in Alitalia colours.

"If the Stratos is the beast in the Lancia stable, then this is the beauty. The Beta Coupe seen in the hands of Simo Lampinen and Solve Andreasson during the 1974 RAC Rally…. at Esholt outside Bradford…" (photo).
