Gerry does a chassis for the Dino, always has. Have you also considered that the Dino carbs will need to be changed? Drop gears etc?
Good luck with the project though!
Guy
Ferrari 246 / 308 mounts are the most straightforward and simple to fabricate.
Compared to engines and transmissions with front wheel drive origins.
@john
yes Craig is on holiday and it will be back at 20 august.He replied to me before 2 hours.
@guy mayers
Ofcourse the carbs will be changed and it will be fitted the 3 twin-throat 48 IDF Weber down-draft carburetors to match the correct period specs.
and a number of modifications on the engine must be done
1)Different Valves(bigger).
2)Forged billet pistons.
3)Ported and gas flowed head...
To change the standar compression rate of the engine from 9:1 to 14:11
and to achieve the 265hp at 7.800rpm.
But all this will be done on second phase of the project.
My first concern is how this can be doneto fit the engine,because i have no mechanical or fabrication skills...
@prototipo
Good to hear that.
