    Greetings from Arizona, USA. Starting work on our Hawk Stratos

    Greetings everyone. We have a Hawk (Transformer, possibly) that we purchased in 2000. The previous owner installed a Honda D16A1 twin cam 4cyl with 5spd transmission. Most of the mechanical's are done, although we are going to redo a lot of it. The body and interior still need finishing. We have had the car stored in a shipping container since our purchase 15 years ago. It's now time to pull it out and get going on it. We will be removing the 4cyl Honda and installing an Alfa 3.2 GTA V6 along with it's 6spd transmission.

    Looking forward to going through the forum and soaking in all the info from the archives.

    Thanks and regards;
    Tony

    It's great when long-dead kits get resurrected!

    Welcome, it is always good to see someone else in the USA building a kit.

    I would have never guessed there were more lurking out there, welcome. Pretty soon we will have enough to actually have a physical meet one day, albeit with some pretty far commutes.
