What does the Stratos sun visor come from?
Do the works cars use them?
What is the best replica version?

Made specially I'm afraid. They are quite small as the gap between the A pillars and the mirror are small. No vanity mirrors in them, pretty much a rectangular piece of padded vinyl with Fiat 124 Spider mounting clips and hardware. Very basic stuff.
If there's enough demand I'm sure we could tool up to remanufacture and David H can give us the dimensions?

My first Hawk had them.
They're not very practical, and I'm not that tall.
Part of the problem might be where they're nailed to? If it's the roll cage that runs between the A pillars on the screen then the visor is quite close to the driver's face? They'll need to be on the perimeter of the screen itself I think. So far I've just managed with a baseball cap.....

Sounds like a job for poloroid shades? Not qualified to judge as yet to drive my car but they certainly help when driving other cars with raked windscreens.....
I find that an external sun strip works well and most group 4 cars had them !!

I always thought that Fiat X/19 visors would work well
They're X19 in Chris's photograph, the originals were just rectangular and smaller.
