    you're right
    I'm searching this beta glove box lock, not easy to find with one key
    I found both for sale in Midwest bayless but without key!
    I have the same problem with door handles with no key anymore; all Keys have been lost by people who collected the car after my purchase!!
    Also I need to replace all locks for securing the car against theft and for insurance reasons

    I have only one door key which operates the drivers door but not the passenger or the engine compartment lock. Its always a mystery how this happens especially as I know the short history of my car. I always get duplicates cut of any keys I have......

    That first one is split in the usual place I see. Second one...who can tell with that photo!

    I've got some parts of a late Beta (bar shaped key type) glovebox lock, and that one has a split on it too. 'Must be a common fault on those?
