Registering a Transformer in CA - what docs came from Transformer/Hawk

Well, it is a "Manufacturer's Statement of Origin" he needs, and the manufacturer was Transformer (now Hawk). .....What does your V5 say your car is Tim?

HF2000. I tried to find some stuff out about my Spyder chassis and both Spyder and Hawk could not help. It was a shot in the dark so I am not blaming any one. I guess my car was "manufactured" by Courtney Garages.....
