    Yes, the Alfa 147 or Delta EVO hub for 5 x 98mm (Fiat part number 82466910) is the same part for the rear. Some info from this forum here:

    5 x 108mm is possible too.

    308 and 246 Ferrari use the same Fiat part as above. 'Difficult to get them affordable though, and all the ones on ebay US come with the Ferrari upright, which you don't want. The dimensions of the stub and bearings are exactly the same as the Fiat 132 / Polonez etc.

    Interesting, did you make a sleeve to step the centre bore on the Ford hub/flange up from 63.4mm to the Ferrari's 67.1mm ?

    I think Marcus has PAG wheels on the car now, so they wouldn't be needed right now.
    It is the best thing to have wheels centred. Especially with wheel bolts, but also with studs and nuts.

    Personally I wouldn't be happy without a centering spigot on the back of any car that runs reasonable power, weight & traction.
    Yes you can argue that the wheel is centered on the bolt/nut tapers but a positive centering location is essential in my mind.

    I agree, it takes the vertical load on its own.
