There was a four stud version often used on Minis. I can't say I ever liked the look of them though.
I can see that you're limited for off the shelf 3 stud spacers though. There isn't much out there?

I am afraid they are not for sale anymore as new. Sometimes they appear at the French selling site "Leboncoin" . I mostly try to e mail and ask if the seller is willing to ship abroad, but often enough some sellers are reluctant to sell or post abroad. I will keep trying.

Hi Pim, do you have any updates on your alpine?
Not much going on with the Alpine, still buisy with the new garage so Alpine in storage as shown in this picture some time ago. Hope garage wil be finished soon so i can get on with the project. If so i will post some pictures of the progress.

Those are real classics - so beautiful. I watched a video on petrolicious a while ago where they interviewed a gentleman who had 7 or 8 of them. Racers and street versions both. Good luck with yours.
