I recommend "Bigsert"s if a helicoil insert has gone otherwise "Timesert"s in place of a helicoil as the timesert is a continuous metal thread - expensive through Wurth but worth it.

There aren't any Helicoils in the Alfa heads as standard Tim, simply M8 threads with manifold studs threaded directly into the aluminium heads.
