Because the start of my LB build is coming nearby now I'm now a paying member

So now I can read all other LB buildthreads and gadder tips and info. But of course many questions will pop up in the future. However the most difficult won't be easy to answer since I will use Alfa 4C engine.gearbox and electronics. I don't think anybody else else dared to do this. I see it as a very interestng challange. I hope to be able (related to time) to keep up a build thread.

Hi Stephan - Interesting engine choice ! Cant be many of those around ?
But 1750cc , 4 cylinder turbocharged and 240bhp with a 6 speed dual clutch auto box and flappy paddles - it should be fun!

Where did you get the engine ? - was it from a write-off?

Yes a write-off. Some one else it's misfurtune is always somebody's else it's luck... I guess.....

It should get all the other tricks from the 4C as well. Which electronic dash, full ABS incl traction control. However it can be switched of in the so called "Race" position from the DNA+R switch. For those you are unfamiliar with it it's a driver selection switch. "A" is for bad weather. "N" is for normal driving. "D" is for dynamic driving and "R" for Race which switches off all the electronic helps. It influences power and torque, throttle behaviour and ABS/traction control level.
