    Alitalia is more usually associated with round arches Gerry. Some stradale cars also used that style on Scandinavian rallies with narrow snow tyres...

    I like the last (1977 Square arch) version of the Alitalia colour scheme with the tall 'A' logo on the side and the larger 'Alitalia' lettering on the rear wing.
    Like the photo of the 1977 RAC car at the top of this forum page.

    Yep, the only other 1977 works car I can see with square arches is the Pinto car from the Tour De Corse.
    Munari's car on the same event had round arches, so it shows how short lived the square arched Alitalia version was.
    The roof scoop shows up at around the same time.
