It doesn't look to be worth 15K without paint although you know its cost a fair bit more than that to get it to the current stage.
Shame not to finish it and then try to sell it with IVA and registration for double the current price?A lick of paint would transform it for sure.It looks a similar kit/spec to Tim Pages car but with the same wheels as Mick W used and a 24v in place of the 12v.
Pauls car is a bit more of a hybrid with the last generation Corse chassis fitted with LB bodywork and wheels.
