The first pair are spot on.
I agree, at least twice the estimate would be more like it.

All the estimates seem low to me but then I suppose that's how they get the punters into the auction room/online !

You're right about that - 20,000 euros inclusive of buyer's premium for the screen "mold" - https://www.astebolaffi.it/en/lot/102/121/detail
and both sets of seats went for over 5k.
