I think ListerBell would be your only option.
The original Allora/CAE moulds are lost forever as far as I know. If anyone knows any different please let me know.
The "other" set of Corse moulds are in France. You may be able to get a set out of them?
Other than that maybe Hawk panels could be made to fit especially if you were to get them as separate outer and inner skins, modify them to correct shape and then assemble them as a complete door.
