exhaust tail silencers

Does anybody know where to get ones like Vince's, now that Simpson Race Exhaust can't supply? Or like Rob's

I can only find ones like

How loud is it?
I know scrutineering is indoors, but I doubt noise check will be!

Blue Flame also highly recommended to me, but I have'nt bought anything off them yet.

Not car related, but I have had Blue Flame end cans on my supermotos before and they are well made and last longer than most other 'race' cans. Sound GREAT too.
