Header missing from threads

Has anyone else noticed that the Stratos pics are missing from some of the threads?

Example: User Builds>ListerBell>LB in NZ

Where on most other threads it looks like this:

Any ideas whats happened there?

All the Lister Bell build threads look the same as the LB NZ one Ian.
