I've seen that.
The 'MADE IN ITALY' stamp on the back looks correct, but everything else is wrong.
It's flat, it's the wrong shape and the 'Ferrero' script has been engraved (by hand?), rather than stamped.
It looks hand made.
Any amount of flat ones could be laser cut, but the original Stradale 4 spoke steering wheels have a fold on an arc, and are made with tooling. As are the Hawk replicas.
The 2 spoke Ferreros would be do-able though. The dish is achieved with just a straight fold on each spoke.
