    Long Shot............. A REALLY LONG SHOT !!

    Will anyone live near...

    Cavendish (Nr Sudbury)

    CO10 8AD

    As I have purchased a Gearbox on Fleabay.... the Ad said item location was Sudbury.... so I thought Sudbury between Derby and Stoke..... some 25 miles from work.... easy peasy I thought !

    BUGGERATION.............. WRONG SUDBURY !!!!!!!!!!

    So does anyone live near or will be passing Cavendish on their way North via the A1 passing Newark on Trent or even better the end of my road ?????????

    Cavendish is very pretty but quite rural even by Suffolk standards. More known for antiques rather than gearboxes. Nearly bought a Volumex there once.....

    Look on it as a learning exercise, and a chance to see part of the country you've never been before. If it helps, when I saw "Sudbury" I thought of the one near Wembley and Alperton...used to go on courses there at IBM Towers a long, long time ago!

    I think Tim Heath (Shades) lives in Colchester? Might be worth dropping him a line to see if he'd collect & store it for a while? He's about 20 miles away? Further South if you end up having to go collect though Phil!
