I don't think plastic would do it Chris - it's very narrow where it has snapped through.
I have sourced one from America at great expense.

… you might find someone to investment cast it if you have a plastic dummy.
But could be expensive!
That doesn’t look like it would work in plastic.....particularly as it failed in metal!
Can anyone recommend a low volume TPU (flexible) 3D print supplier?
Hi Chris. I have a 3D printer (Bambulab P1S) and 3D CAD and can print TPU ( I have the material) and am looking to print a bespoke gaiter to seal the steering rack to the chassis (Hawk) once I get it modelled.
Let me know what you need to have printed.
sorry if i stick my nose in where it might not be wanted, or i have misinterpreted.
I put one of these on the bulkhead and put the steering rack input shaft though the end with the UJ inside the silicone part

Thanks Paul,
It's the OE type targa catch plinths, which I need to revise and establish the final version (original Stradale shown):
'Looking at my photo, I can see where I've gone wrong. Part of it is obscured by the front wheel arch flair. It's so obvious now. Doh!
Photo of first printed version, also.
Bye the way, big thanks to Chris Savage, and Keith Sharp, for helping with this.

No problem Chris - just let me know when you have the files. I could use some too !!
@Hollytree - thanks for the info. I just thought that a bespoke one would fit better on the angled bulkhead face. I need to get it measured up and modelled to see how it works out.
