That is indeed a good guide which explains the electrical functions very well.
It also explains why your motor has to be correctly and securely held because of the reaction of the motor to the braking effect of the parking switch.
Nothing too difficult to provide the 12 volt from the x19 stalks as far as I remember. Only ever had to deal with these motors once. Just don't ask me which wire because I can't remember.
I think the combined posts earlier in this thread should be enough to identify it.
Don't assume the Hawk wiring loom is correct as I've seen burnt insulation on earth's associated with the wiper wiring.
I'm pretty sure all the Lucas wiper motors have the same configuration of terminals in their "plugs". As photo. Sounds like you have most functions correct so it's just getting 12v from a suitable source to that park terminal.
