    Most probably "not"........
    Exact CG in this side of the channel means « Carte Grise » which it’s the French registration... without you cannot drive the car legally on roads and it’s also a certificate of ownership mandatory for insuring the car.

    Then if anyone buy this one without CG that would be only for decorating his garden or staying in the garage!!
