    Alfa GT Donor car

Not sure who wants to go out to collect it currently but this seems like a good price for a 3.2 donor.
You would need a different ECU to make it run in Strat rep.
    No connection to the seller.

Not that you can tell much from the pics, but that looks like a nice car - although it could well resemble a lace doilie underneath. Never that keen on the Alfa GT meself, always thought it was a bit of a disappointment style-wise, but you can't argue with the motor

Wonder how you WOULD get to view it/collect it with he way things are? You'd have to be pretty persuasive to get it past the Plod that it was "essential travel" as you motored along, with your new donor on a trailer...maybe practice your best "sad dogface" look before setting off

All things are subjective of course but I actually quite like them and really enjoyed the 3.2 one I used to run around in for a while. For a heavy car it certainly wasn't a slouch.
There are certainly angles where there is something off on the styling but have seen some really nice ones.
I think certain wheel & colour combinations work better than others for sure.
(I've kept a Stromboli grey on Jetfins with red leather to one side just in case I feel the need for another).

Keen price, too. No mention of whether it has an LSD but, still...

    Re: Alfa GT Donor car

I think you're right regarding colours. Some cars are definitely senstive to that.
I think what it is about the Alfa GT for me, is that as an Alfa it should be a lot more elegant. It's not ugly per se... just too, I dunno, German? Reminds me a bit of the VW Corrado in that it's a bit heavy-handed (he said, driving around in a Boxster).

Still, it'd be pretty boring if we all liked the same things, eh? I mean, what about those Stratos thingies...some of the colours you see those in. And as for blue wheels, well... :-P
