I like the second style. Would they be personalised as to reg.no. ? would the date be variable, or what is the significance of 31/10/86?

Yes Chris, the reg.no. can be personalised, and the date too. Any typical tax disc colour of the period too.

I've had something similar in my car for a while now - a copy of the first tax disc issued to my car on it's date of registration - well, the donor car with a description Lancia Stratos...

I know custom reproduction tax discs are widely available Guy. 'Just wanted to do something special for SEC members, at material cost.
