They are available for pence from Simply Bearings.
You just have to select diameter and section in mm on their website.
    Nowt special about them.
I could quote you the size I ordered but I'd have to go back through seven years paperwork!

Sorry Griff, not ignoring you but I'm out and about. Legally and socially responsible, will add.
We are talking about the o rings which seal between the two pieces of the cam pulley flange?
If you have the pulleys in front of you you can measure the inner diameter of the o ring from the spigot of the cam flange. It seats where the screwdriver is pointing in the photo.
I'm pretty sure the ones I fitted were 2mm diameter.
But they are cheap so what I suggest is buying a few different section rings. Say 2mm, 1.5mm etc and try them. As long as the two sections bolt up without a gap between them I think you will have it covered. Obviously if they dont you will have too great a diameter ring in there.
When compressed they take on a different shape to the circular section, and they should fill the void between the two halves of the flange only.
You may actually find a suitable ring in one of these assortment boxes available from the likes of Screwfix. You can stretch them a little with out affecting their performance.
    Any help?

No problem. Good luck, hope it sorts it.
It was an annoying leak on Frederics first car. There wasnt much coming through but it was getting sprayed everywhere and not good for the belt so it's best to get it sorted.
