    Alfa V6 soundtrack

Never heard my car on full song before (this is from a track day yesterday):

    What a lovely howl.

The 3.2 V6 in my 156 GTA doesn't "quite" make that same noise

    Cheers,

John D. can probably shed more light on it's origins - I bought it from Napiersports with the Corse kit. I believe there was a batch of these made up at the time (approx 10yrs ago now) for the Corse I. It's very simple stainless steel construction - both exhaust banks feed directly into the center of a single large cylinder with a pipe out each end. Could probably find a better photo if I dig through the archives, but below should give an idea:

I think they came from Torque Technique in Salisbury.

Found this photo from when my Corse I was being painted.
The rear bank manifold goes into the right hand side of the collector box.
The front bank manifold collects to a single pipe that passes under the sump and enters the left hand side of the collector.
