Re: Anyone else managed a track event?

Hi Peter, the handling was so much better now the car is lower and I am sure that setting the cross weights made everything far more predictable. I experienced oversteer, which was partly due to the driver but when I got home the inside half of the nearside rear tyre had clearly had a hard time. Inexplicably I had managed to have exactly double the negative camber I expected on this wheel? I checked the tyre temperatures a few times but I parked too far from the pit exit and the tyres had lost their heat by the time I measured them. Normally my Dad would have been standing ready to measure the tyres as I pulled to a stop but sadly he has to stay at home.....

Just shows how important correct adjustment is. Curious wear on that tyre though.
