Udo closed his business at 21.05.2021

HRB 23616: Autohaus - Sparwald GmbH, Ensdorf, Provinzialstraße 265, 66806 Ensdorf. Ist nur ein Liquidator bestellt, so vertritt er die Gesellschaft allein. Sind mehrere Liquidatoren bestellt,
so wird die Gesellschaft durch die Liquidatoren gemeinsam vertreten. Nicht mehr Geschäftsführer, nun: Liquidator: Sparwald, Udo, Ensdorf, geb. ????,
einzelvertretungsberechtigt. Die Gesellschafterversammlung vom 21.05.2021 hat die Auflösung der Gesellschaft beschlossen.

Hi Chris, my contact to Fred Walter is only when we drive with the Slowlys.

I know that Udo is doing something for the old stratos customer like Aulenbacher, Walter, and some other but not official. I think he is working to open a new business but i am 100% sure.

And Burghard Brink is selling his Startos, he owns also a Delta and this is serviced by K-Sport.
