Disc brakes that look like drum brakes?
Those SS100 Jag replicas could do with those.
Something Bike related...............Stumbled across the build thread of this Kawasaki KZ650 Cafe Racer...............there 49 pages and not yet finished. The detail in this build is awesome, a lot of polished alloy bits............

This has been in my family for 50 years I am selling to buy a stratos as I cannot appreciate the bike fully
Do you have an order in place with your preferred supplier? If not you may end up disappointed as waiting lists are 2 years with Hawk and orders are closed with LB Cars.
I'd hate to see you sell such an iconic bike that's a family heirloom without any clear route to ownership. Perhaps there's someone looking for a bike/wanting to sell? Possible but unlikely.
Guy
My uncle owned both a garden gate and featherbed.
Ooh, a Norton Inter....niiiice! Knew an old bloke who had one (along with another 21 bikes...) and he always said it was the one he'd never sell.
The Kwak's a bit good too
Hi Guy we spoke a little while ago! I am going to see if one pops up for sale that someone can’t finish. As for the norton it’s a 1935 500 inter my father had 2 and a velocette KTP all were stored in his loft?? The one pictured he rode 100ft before stripping it down when he died I inherited it, put it back together it started first kick! during lockdown I took my bike test but in all honesty it is the original - ALL THE GEAR NO IDEA! I just don’t feel safe enough on a bike that’s why I am going to sell and put the money to a project that both I and my father would be happier having.
Done a lot since we spoke Martin - Just didn't put 2 & 2 together properly... I hadn't appreciated that you weren't a confident biker so I fully understand the need to sell it before you damage it or yourself!
Guy
No worries Guy when I passed my test the examiner said “I was like Bambi” my legs were all over the show pulling away it’s just a bit of common sense kicking in! I did try to convince my wife it would look good in the lounge but that really didn’t get to much traction with her! Besides I am quite fired up at the thought of a stratos build
