I would love to import this car to the USA and would seriously consider doing that. Is the car RHD or LHD. Looks to be LHD but want to confirm. BTW, if anyone in the USA has a Stratos (its like looking for a leprechaun riding a unicorn) for sale in the USA I'm very interested in seeing what you have. PM me please.
It's been converted to Left Hand Drive.
Would you have to pay the import duties bringing it into Northern Ireland, still part of uk but in the single market.
Wow I’m surprised that Enzo sells his great Allora
I really love this car with the amazing job Enzo did it on
I always liked the Tony Fassina livery and If I don’t have any Strat on order I would buy immediatly!
Hope this great car stay in own of one SEC member!
Good luck with the sale![]()

I'm sure you would Kenny! Even getting it into Southern Ireland might be an issue if it has to transit through the UK? It would take someone with specialist knowledge I think.
I would suspect that the market for this car will remain in Germany, there's enough demand and having one already registered is one hoop the new owner would't have to jump through.

Coincidentally the HMRC car teams office is in Belfast. The lady I spoke to said its 20% vat UK wide. I guess nobody predicted this scenario before 2016? Had it been changed in to Enzo's name in the UK then it might have been possible to bring it straight back.. Escaping the tax man is near impossible

I have experience of importing from the USA import duty and Vat then I assume it may need to pass through IVA BUT THAT IS ONLY A GUESS someone here may correct that
It may be possible to avoid VAT (20%) and Import Duty (10%) on a car that was previously exported.

This isn't something you should rely on and if anyone in the UK is contemplating purchase please check directly with HMRC. You may have to rely on recorded chassis and engine numbers that used to appear on the DVLA website and, given it's had an engine change with Enzo, that may cause headaches. Do your research chaps!

For sure Guy , this car is well know and very famous in Germany as Enzo raced in plenty events last decade and probably would attract local buyers with a cheap price for the EU market!!
