If you still have the UK registration document it may be possible to bring it back into the UK on a trailer with that number plate attached and avoid any issues with VAT on export/import? I did check with DVLA and unfortunately it is classed as permanently exported so HMRC import taxes would be charged.... Would we have been free from this without Brexit?
