My best mate growing up had a massive poster of a Stratos. Every time I was at his house I’d scan every inch of it, promising myself ‘one day’.
Life’s taken some twists and turns, but through all its ups and downs I’ve stayed focussed on achieving my goal, setting aside a ‘Stratos fund’. 30 years on and I’m finally in a position to realise my dream, but sadly Athena’s closed down. I’ll never get that poster.
