Gordon,
Hoping to be able to make it. I have to go in for some back surgery at the end of this month (badly slipped disc, trapped nerves and a lot of pain!) - no driving for a couple of weeks, then several weeks off work to recover - but hopefully should be mobile for the end of October.

Sorry to know your health trouble with your back , I wish you a good and quick recovery after your spine surgery. I know a very good surgeon and his team in Manchester hospital for spine and disc surgery, they are very helpful and make good care for their patients!

Looking forward to being able to stand up straight again, and not be in quite so much pain! I suppose that's all part of the territory of owning old MGs and the like... it's made me a pensioner before my time!
