When booking I did get the leading question "Are you OK with stairs" so I guessed they were running low on rooms

Cheers - followed the route on Google Maps and all seems OK - the reality however is that with Leah calling out the directions, we'll probably end up at St Bees. Still, it's nice there this time of year.... :0
