Well...seeing as I'm a bit geeky I tried to keep a time log of the build. Up to the IVA re-test (after it failed test 1 ion emissions) I logged almost 1200 hours.
But quite a few of those were dismantling bits I'd already done and redoing them 'better'
Just tried to renew with Adrian Flux, upped value from ?40k to agreed value (TBC) between ?50k and ?80K: price went from ?260 with ?100 excess to near ?800 with ?700 excess....will be shopping around......
OK - I need an 'independent' valuation on my car for insurance.
Not allowed to use LB as they are the manufacturer of the car.
Anyone got any suggestions as to who I can approach?

Just to set your expectations - the green ones with gold wheels aren't worth as much, especially compared to yellow ones. Or that's what I keep telling Richard
