Stratos 50 - LMC National Rally, Leamington Spa, 30th July

I'm intending to go to this event on the Sunday with the Stratos Rep obviously! The car can probably get there on autopilot - I just need to take control at the last roundabout before Stoneleigh Park and turn right instead of left!

Gents click left side of link and booking form comes up. If you leave it with me for a couple days, now I know peeps are interested, I’ll double check the club piece. Just enjoying sunshine and a cheeky glass else I’d do it now

I think the booking form is for those that want to stay at the hotel overnight and enjoy an evening meal with like minded peeps and listen to a guest speaker?

I don't think there's any requirement to announce your intention to turn up on the day? That's what I'm planning on doing. Plus I'm a long standing LMC member.

Chaps, what's happened is that there are actually 2 docs there but the link makes it look like 1. The left one is the booking form, the right one is the event flyer

Just checked and I think they'd like the form filled in but given that we just want to turn up and not bother with any of the other stuff, which is free, I reckon a simple email will do.

Neil, if you're gonna drop LMC Mark a line, just tell him how many cars we're looking at and see if he still wants the proper form. Ta!

Neil, me and Tim M are planning to go to this meeting.
Do we need to print off this form. if we are going as free participants taking our car
but not having the lunch.
I will just take some boring spam sandwiches instead
it says the form needs to be in by this Friday!!
