That's cracking news! I'm looking forward to a fabulous display. I've ordered celebratory balloons and a cake for the model's 50th anniversary
I would prefer it if individual forms could be completed because I'd like to keep in touch about future events. It will also give individuals the opportunity to book Sunday lunch with us - it's a gourmet hot pork roll (vegan hot dog as an alternative) with a hot & cold salad bar for ?11 per person, and is much better than that basic description!
However, if people want to just turn up, we won't turn them away. There will be an ice cream van and a coffee van selling hot & cold drinks, cakes etc.
I've attached a digital copy of the booking form which can be completed on screen, saved with a different name and emailed back to me. Where it asks for signature, just type your name and write "SEC" in the membership number.
One further request - I'd like to invite you to nominate someone to help judge the Stratos group for our Concours awards. Although the awards are only for LMC members, your expertise would be a welcome addition. You're welcome to present your own award(s) to your own group if you'd like.
Because of the packed itinerary, we ask day visitors not to turn up before 10am so we have staff ready to organise the parking into model groups. Activities normally wind up by 4pm.
