Access is from 10:00am so if anyone wants to meet up near the venue at the Service Road for the Ramada Hotel off the Kenilworth Road Roundabout, A452. I aim to be there from c09:00 leaving 10:00 and access the show together

I'm disappointed I cant make what looks like a really good get together but its my Daughters 30th birthday party so I'll be in charge of chairs, seats, drinks etc for the assembled masses.

Had an update form Mark & Jo Hall (Full detail below)
The key point is the request to arrive AFTER 10:30 due to the volume of cars being displayed.
They have also detailed Petrol Stations in the area

I shall now be parking up on the Service Road of the Ramada Hotel, less than 5 mins from venue (location in post #33) at c09:45 before heading off in time to arrive for 10:30

Thank you for booking your place at the 2023 Lancia Motor Club National Rally. Booking numbers have been strong and we’re celebrating FOUR significant Lancia anniversaries, so we’re hoping for a memorable event for all the right reasons!
The event is taking place at the Woodland Grange Hotel, Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 6RN.
There are Shell fuel stations (serving V-Power) nearby in Leamington Spa or at the beginning of the High Street in Kenilworth, about 6 miles away. According to Google, the nearest Esso (reportedly 0% ethanol super unleaded) is in Warwick, about 7 miles from the hotel or 1 mile from the M40 junction.
Sunday’s “festival” will be taking place on the event field at the rear of the hotel. Due to the packed itinerary and limited number of volunteer organisers, PLEASE don’t aim to arrive at the hotel before 10.30am as we need time to get everything in place.
There is no outdoor seating provided, so we’d recommend you please pack a camping chair each - and maybe an umbrella for shelter or shade! Please also be aware that the event field is uneven in places and has a rabbit population nearby, so please wear sensible shoes and take care walking around.
Lunch will be served from the marquee on a rolling basis from 12.30 – 2.30pm; if you have booked and pre-paid lunch, please collect your vouchers from the co-ordinator in the marquee from 12.30. If you still need to pay for lunch, please visit the Welcome Desk in the main hotel reception. If you haven’t yet ordered lunch, a very limited number will be available for sale on the day, on a first-come, first-served basis – please ask at the Welcome Desk.
Drinks on Sunday will be available from the hotel bar, coffee van or the ice cream van.
Please note that the hotel is a cashless venue, so remember to bring a credit/debit card with you, or use Apple/Google Pay or similar.
Finally (and most importantly), if you still have a trophy to return, please remember to pack it with you safely! It should be handed in to the Welcome Desk.

Robin is going to try and attach image as I have limited computer access at moment.
You can still probably send the e form at start of this thread to LMC but probably best to pay on day. I’ve advised Mark we have c 15 cars on display as per my list, although he has only booking forms for 8. Not a problem as he’s giving us a large pitch. Let me know if your going in your car and I’ll update him accordingly

Can I also ask anyone not attending in any form of Strat to let me know so I can assist the organiser in sizing our display area. Phil and Steve S I already have yours noted.
