Cheeky ask - I have to fit one of these kits. Any guidance on what goes where!?
Here you go Matt:
Fit it all finger tight, then centre it with the round clamps.
The split clamps that go on each outer end of the ARB will be tight. You can push a wedge in there to aid assembly, but be kind to the aluminium.
As in, don't hammer a flat ended screw driver in, like I would!

Brilliant - thank you. One other question - how to you get the nylon bushes on to the long straight - seem too tight to navigate the bend
I've just had a look at the rear Hawk ARB that I have here.
It's an older one, so the spec may have changed.
As far as I can see, on my rear ARB, the bushes have been fitted before the ARB has been formed to shape with the two bends. The bushes are not split and will can not be pushed around the bend(s) on the ARB.
The bushes are made of Nylon, which doesn't 'give'.

try putting boiling water on them to soften them up a bit first, and a bit of WD40 on the bend.
