The outer door handles are available from a German co. called Bielestein - I think they re-manufacture them (that's where I got mine ) They are in Chrome or black.
Black ones are available on E-bay for 80 quid - just type in "Fiat X19 door handles". Never done this before - but this QR code should take you to the right page :
You can disassemble the handles to swop the plastics and do a general refurbishment.

At the risk of a small thread hijack, has anyone come up with an alternative handle to use with the spoons?
I have spoons but no handles.
The challenge is finding a handle that will fit through the narrow gap in the spoon. Lada handles from Niva?/Riva? are quite close to the look but too wide for the gap in the spoon. Some handles fitted to 70s Fiats will fit through the hole but IIRC were more of hoop shape.
