When the car was originally built, the engine was rebuilt with new piston rings, bearings, water pump, belt, clutch, etc

I bought the car nearly 14 years ago from someone who had built it themselves over a number of years. He sourced a lot of detail parts, like the seats, wheels, wing mirrors, steering wheel, boot lock, glass side windows, heater controls and instruments.
These rarely come on to the market and even less so in LHD variant.
