Circuit Historique De Laon France Fri 6th - Mon 9th June 2025

The Circuit Historique De Leon has become one the biggest classic car pilgrimages to Europe. Based in the beautiful town of Laon, France it attracts over 700 cars.

Next years event runs from Fri 6th - Mon 9th June 2025 and is celebrating Lancia as its marque for 2025.

The organisers have approached the club to see if any of our members would like to attend.

Oliver Breeden of scenic car tours (Official partner of the event) is offering complete packages which seem reasonable and can be tailored to individual needs. He has indicated discounts may be available depending on numbers.

Agreed, this is a fantastic event. We have been attending for quite a number of years with my reviews on the forum.
We stay in the same house each year just outside Laon, with five strat's due for 2025.
Hopefully, more sign up to the event. Drive the backroads through France on the way down, not the motorways. Book early as accommodation in rural France is limited.

    Hi Tom
A group of 4 of us have booked on staying close to Laon centre,2 at the IBIS and 2 within a couple of km. Nice if we can hook up for the Sat/ Sun runs. Whilst on the stand at the NEC a few other members have expressed an interest in attending and I’m reaching out to them, hopefully this post inspires a few more to join us as Lancia is the featured marque for 2025. I’ll drop you a pm as it would be of value to learn from your previous visits.
    All the best
    Neil

Great. I did hear from Steve S a few more were coming.
I now count 9 Stratos and my mate in his 308.
If more want to come, they need to book now, as accommodation is very limited in that part of France.
Once I get a solid number of cars, I will chat to the organisers to see if we can all park together at the rally start point on Saturday morning. On Sunday morning, before the closed road circuit, we all need to meet up and drive into the town together.
We rent a place just out of town, with plenty of room to host a bbq one evening.
I always look forward to Laon. Sounds like 2025 will be a good one.

I would be really keen to take part in this but can’t yet commit until my car has had its suspension sorted. If there’s any way to do some sort of provision booking then if anyone can assist with advice on that it would be great. Thanks

Laon Historique don't do provisional bookings. They usually stop entries when they get to around 800 cars and 100 motorbikes. This is capacity for the town circuit and pre rally meet at the fort. The rally is 200km round trip using two different routes, so cars are well spread out.
In 2024 they were taking bookings until about 2 months before the event.

Thanks Tom. It looks like I’d better make a hasty decision.
