Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this wheel type ?

Search for PAG Campagnola wheels. This will most likely lead you to the Group 4 Wheels website.
I'm not sure if the design is available from other suppliers or not, someone else can no doubt confirm.

Gerry has a pair of these I think, 8.5 inch by 15? Or very similar Campagnolo ones! I think they were bought to do a specific replica along with a pair of Dino slot wheels but he never got round to using them.

This is Rene's car, whilst being built at John Whalley's Lancia/FIAT dealership in Bishops Stortford (just before John retired, and closed the business down)
The car is still safely tucked up in Norway, and the wheels are one of the options that Rene has
